		<description>I got to hear Anne Lamott speak tonight, and she talks about some sort of unspoken American rule that we hide our humanity and feelings from others, but that there is real value  in authenticity.

Allowing students to see your humanity and not losing sight of theirs is a great gift to your campus.</description>
